often admit that my posts have focused on diets aimed at those who do sport so mean -high. Just a few days ago, a friend of mine reading this post I noted how she, working like crazy, is not able to have time for a healthy hour of aerobic activity or fitness.
For those who want to lose weight, there are some basic rules to be respected, regardless of the type of diet the dietician will prescribe.
1. Portions finally decent:
It takes the pot, it can be divided in half: one half goes in fruits and vegetables, the other is still divided in two. A fourth is for carbohydrates such as legumes (see post on carbohydrates), the other for protein (chicken, fish, eggs, low-fat cheese). In this way you ensure a good way to eat what your metabolism requires halving the calories effortlessly.
2. Planned menu:
If you can not contain your hunger within the limits of main meals, try not to find in the bad situation to go looking for anything. Hunger is no reason! so bring some snacks with you always protein, or dietary fruit, yogurt, etc. .. . If you miss the schedule, the whole plan fails!!
3.No to food in salt and oil.
No foods preserved in salt and oil (too much even for the healthiest people in the world and in any event with few nutrients) , yes to fruits and vegetables in season and fresh. Avoid sauces bread and fast food kind: there is a dangerous addition of sugar to high glycemic index (see post on carbohydrates).
4. MANY more protein:
I can not explain why people do put quite unnecessary amount of carbohydrates.
Without pasta you live too (and even better in my opinion, personal experience).
little trick ... ... limited red meat (more than twice a month if you just run away). E 'scientifically proven that it is not healthy, and increases the risk of gastrointestinal tumor apparatus.
The words "animal fat" take them and throw them out the window.
Use no more than 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (rich in vitamin E) added on cooked food. (NOT fry or fry! Is one of the biggest idiocies invented by man in the kitchen.
5. Stop the fizzy drinks:
drinking water (2litri per day) and green tea (great for the loss of weight and is rich in beneficial ownership) does not kill you.
6. Quality rather than quantity:
Enough with the excuse "it costs too much to eat healthy." There are always specials. A lot of beans costs less the same amount in grams of canned precooked.
7. Rule 90/10:
Eating healthy 90% of time, tears granted for the remaining 10%. So it is balanced in the diet, but did not suffer deleterious mortifications.
Here, these are the basic rules, but then again, I do a lot more movement. And if I do not have the excuse of the dog, I would find an excuse to get up from his chair and do some more steps'.
We are made to move, not sit for hours and hours. To think how hard our ancestors have done to be able to finally stand on two legs, I wonder if it was really needed.
